By accessing or using The Soul's Voice ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

The Soul's Voice provides daily devotional content, spiritual reflections, and related resources. We offer both free and paid membership tiers:

• Free membership — access to recent public devotionals and the newsletter
• Full membership — full archive access, member-only devotionals, and exclusive content

To access member features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Paid memberships are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely through GoDaddy Commerce.

• Cancellation — you may cancel your membership at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds — we offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase. Contact us at [email protected] to request a refund.
• Price changes — we will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing membership prices.

All content on The Soul's Voice — including devotionals, reflections, book excerpts, images, and design — is the property of The Soul's Voice and protected by copyright law.

You may share individual devotionals for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or membership access with others
• Reproduce or redistribute paid member content publicly
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

The Soul's Voice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Devotional content is provided for spiritual encouragement and is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical, or legal advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Soul's Voice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its content.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
